I did it.
I put the pear concoction into the ice cream maker and I am now eagerly awaiting the pear sorbet to become ready for consumption.
Will it be anywhere close to Berthillon's pear sorbet?
I am hoping it'll taste like Berthillon's and look like this pic by one of my fav food photographers, Tina Rupp.
Am I expecting too much of my 1st frozen creation??
